he Center for Women's Psychological Health serves the clinical, educational, and consultation needs of clinicians, organizations, and clients who
are interested in addressing the psychological health of women. CWPH provides clinical services to women throughout the life span. We recognize that
women bring unique strengths and complex problems to the treatment setting that may require integrating psychological needs with professional, family, health and social concerns. Our educational programs provide psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers with continuing education opportunities. Outstanding lecturers from
academia, psychiatry, and the social sciences address issues relevant to mental health professionals and the general public. In the past our topics have included
women and substance abuse, women's psychological development, adolescent girls, creativity, human rights, breast cancer and menopause.
The CWPH Consulting Group expands our focus to address gender issues in
the workplace. Our mission is to promote organizational excellence by supporting the individual and improving relational interactions. The Consulting
Group integrates our clinical, educational, and consultation expertise to offer services to individuals, group practices, institutions and organizations who
have clinical, academic or systemic issues that require a gender sensitive external perspective. Our expert team of professionals will analyze interpersonal
and group dynamics that may affect employee productivity, commitment and job satisfaction. Through our
Executive Health Program, CWPH can provide individual assessment of employees who might need confidential and expert
assessment of psychological and professional issues. By helping organizations to provide support to women, CWPH hopes to promote more equitable treatment of all individuals within organizations.
CWPH provides administrative and management services to network members. As an independent practitioner, your provider is solely responsible
for all matters concerning your clinical care. |
